Thank you for your letter of 12th July 2007. I did call your office on 0870 152 5652 yesterday, however the advisor I spoke to was unable to verify my identity. It would appear that your systems indicate that I have a daytime contact number, this is not the case.

You may not be aware that I have written to your colleague SC Leatham-Locke of the Pre Litigation Department at your address on 6th July 2007, and fully explained the situation regarding this matter.

If you have any further questions regarding this I suggest that you put them in writing, and I will give them my usual prompt attention. This being the case, you must also enclose written authority from The Student Loans Company that you are acting on their behalf, as it is now unclear whether it be yourselves, SC Leatham-Locke, or any of the other organisations who have written to me about this matter over the last year, are representing the interests of the Student Loans Company.
